All sales are final. As a small, family‑owned business, each order is prepared with care, and for this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item—such as sublimation blanks, tumblers, or 3D prints—we’re always happy to help before you order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
